I have been coming here for years. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is good. However lately the wait time is incredibly ridiculous! About a month ago I called to say I was running a bit behind because my daughter’s bus left without her and I had to take her to school before my son’s appointments. We arrived maybe 12 minutes late and we were told they would not be seen because of this even though I called prior so both my son’s missed school time for absolutely no reason! About 2 weeks ago my husband made an appointment for a wisdom tooth that had broken! We arrived about 15 minutes prior to his appointment time and ended up waiting for over an hour before even being called back! They did X-rays and an exam and said he needs to have his remaining wisdom teeth removed(one of which is the tooth that is broken) but they wouldn’t be doing it that day that he had to come back again, so basically the appointment was pointless because he went for a tooth that broke into pieces and was expecting it to be taken care of not simply looked at and told to come back! Just yesterday I finally got my boys back in for the rescheduled appointment, or appointment time was 3:30 and we were not called back until after 5:00!!! This the my entire evening off as I had things for work that needed completed by 5:00 & 8:00 pm which were both late due to the excessive wait time! I’m extremely disappointed and am strongly considering switching dentists for my whole family!
