I’d like to share that Gigi who works in the front desk has made our experience very comfortable. From her phone services, to us walking in the facility, she has been very welcoming. Her knowledge and sincerity are what most care services are missing. She listens first, then provides knowledgeable suggestions. Whether it was my multiple questions, or multiple cancelations (I support the special needs community), for any reason, Gigi stayed professional, supportive and understanding towards our requests and needs. As for our servicing DDA and RDA, Oh my, those two are amazing. Gentle, communicative and fully supportive towards the concerns of their patients.
