The office help is polite and always smiling but the dentist is always trying to get me to buy things I don't need and I had to wait 2wks for the specialist to do my root canal which was not good.

Friendly office staff, knowledgable regarding my insurance. Very impressed.

When I entered the office, there was no one at the front desk to check me in or to greet me. I waited a few minutes by the counter and seated myself. I waited about 10 minutes when the hygienist came and got me.

Great customer service. Love their environment and how much they care for their patients.

Dr. Tapia is the best. He was gentle when extracting a molar. The staff are kind, professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend this dental office and Dr. Tapia!

I had a consultation that explained what I needed done to my teeth and the receptionist wrote up an estimate of the cost. Everything was very friendly & professional.

This office is very pleasant. The girls at front are very nice. The dental hygienist is a very nice lady. The office is clean and friendly.

2. For longer dental procedures, ones lips endure pulling, stretching and pressure and frequently get pinched if not wearing lipstick or lip cream or balm.
The office USED to provide mini "Chapstick" type petroleum applicators for lips but the don't anymore. Now, if you forget to bring your own, you must request some, and maybe you get some petroleum on a cotton swab, IF they have some.

The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and overall great. I was able to schedule an appointment for fillings for a week out. While at my appointment Dr. Fox and his assistant were great! They completed the fillings in less than an hour, no pain and overall a great experience at this dental office. I will definitely be coming to this office again!

As someone who has somewhat of a fear going to dentist, I was made to feeling extremely comfortable and at ease. The office is very clean, staff is so polite and helpful. Glad I’ve found a dentist that I look forward to go to.

Update July 11, 2023: I went in for a cleaning. They still have the same hygienist which pleased me. MARISSA is gentle and thorough. I look forward to my next cleaning with her.

My most recent visit October 2021 was for a cleaning with Marissa. She is very thorough, gentle and friendly. My check ups have been improving with her care and encouragement.

I have been going to the same Bright Now location for almost ten years. They retain quality staff who are very friendly and competent. They use text reminders which is very helpful for me.

I have been a patient at the dental office for years, and I have always enjoyed the warm, welcoming stats and knows me by name and treats me like family. Thank you for your excellent service.

Forgive me, I do not recall the name of the blonde white receptionist, but she went above and beyond for me. Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit, but I was definitely impressed.

I was a walk-in, this was definitely them going out of their way to squeeze me in.

The staff stayed back to finish working on me, even though they were approaching closing hours.

No visit to a dentist is ever enjoyable or go as planned, but I would recommend this place to my colleagues.

Made a new patient appointment on-line for the following day. Scheduled it for right after lunch, which is a good 'hack' for getting in on time.
The woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. She needs a raise.
The radiologist was very fast and competent. She also acted as scribe.
The DDS was very competent, but not especially friendly. That is okay, as I was there to have a problem checked out, make sure my tooth was not infected or in harm. He was thorough, did his job and asked questions he should have as a medical professional. I like straightforward.
The hygienist was also competent, but again, not overly friendly. She was not doing a cleaning, but did measure my teeth (periodontal disease, well-managed). I inquired with her about doing a maintenance cleaning, wherein she began telling me I should have an anti-biotic treatments in two teeth, this that and the other thing. I explained that I knew my teeth, have been on a maintenance program for many, many years, and unless there was an obvious blatant problem, that wouldn't be necessary. I even asked her "why", and she just kept repeating that the pocket was deep (always has been, exactly the same) and that for some people this helped. The quote for what she was proposing was astronomical, and seeing as I self-insure currently, out of the question for no real reason. All that in mind, would I go there for a routine peri-cleaning with her? Yes.
The price for the peri-cleaning with the off the rack 'dental plan' they sell (79/year) is very reasonable at $139. ($218 total). This is a specialty cleaning and the cost is higher than normal.
*The cost for this visit, including x-rays, with their coupon on-line was $59* An excellent price, with qualified/competent staff/DDS.

Dr. Tapia and staff were a pleasure. Fast, thorough examination and cleaning.
