The experience was great specially with the anxiety I get. The dentist and assistants treated me so well and We’re very patient with me.
Unfortunately, when I got home, the billing dep. called to tell me that I still owed when I had already paid in full. I reviewed my estimate with a staff the day before and also the day of my dental appointment. They made a mistake. I’m assuming and wanted me to pay for it and asked if I can make a payment plan. I didn’t agree with paying for something I did not approve of. I did feel I got some attitude (maybe review the call 2/7/25 @ approximately 1:08) I was told were giving you a one time courtesy which I replied. I never asked for a courtesy I paid for the services that I needed and could pay. The biller sounded frustrated and wasn’t the kindest about it so I cannot give you the five stars.

Everyone there is super nice and excellent at their jobs and very gentle 🙏‼️❤️

Every time I am there the front staff are amazing. Polite and very helpful. The woman who does the X-rays is always so nice. Last but not least Heather who I will name does the most thorough teeth cleanings, she has a lovely personality, and always gives me tips. I have been going there for a few years now and I can’t complain.

Newport Dental front office staff and Dr. Pauline were amazing! I was able to do a walk in deep clean and check up on a Monday. Staff was super efficient and Dr. even help calm my anxiousness. They are just great! I recommend this place if you do not like going to the dentist, they have a clean waiting room office with great AC and they play fun movies while you wait. 5 stars for Newport on 1st!!!

Newport Dental East LA is my favorite dental office. Ada is super friendly and always answers any and all questions about the procedures I need done. Fred does an amazing job with crowns. If your temporary crown breaks or chips, it is repaired for you right away. Vero worked tirelessly to ensure my crown scans were the best possible for my permanent crown. The orthodontist is also amazing and always explains to me what needs to be done for my braces. The endo specialist worked on my root canal with so much care and ensured that the procedure was as painless as possible. I truly appreciate each and every one of the professionals at Newport Dental East LA for the way that not only do they do their job but they also go above and beyond for patients.

I would definitely recommend this place..I love the staff they're very friendly and the doctors are amazing. I've been coming for many years and every time very satisfied with every procedure I've gotten done for myself and my daughter's.

Amazing experience, usually I’m a big chicken at the dentist. Made me feel welcomed and calm They have Exceptional level of care and are very attentive. Brought my daughter and she too had a positive experience. Princes are definitely reasonable and they took my Kaiser insurance yay! I recently had a deep cleaning with Dr. Heather Thomas, and I couldn't be more pleased. From the moment I arrived, her warm and welcoming staff made me feel at ease. Dr. Thomas's professionalism and gentle touch turned what could have been an uncomfortable procedure into a pain-free experience. She took the time to explain every step, using the latest technology, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. If you need a caring and skilled dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Heather Thomas!

Excellent costumer service, professional service and consideration

Great Service from start to finish. The receptionist was professional and kind. The techs and doctors were all so kind and explain every procedure they were doing. Very informative on dental care. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

For being one that is terrified of dental visits I can say from the moment I was called in to the moment I left the staff and doctor eased that fear and made my visit a positive experience. Staff was friendly and compassionate, the doctor was great, he talked me through every step of the treatment and most of all he made sure it was a pain free experience ! Also thank you very much to the front desk that kept up my parking meter so I wouldn’t get a ticket! Awesome team!

You have excellent service an up-to-date technology. Dr Choi can get you tooth out must of the time in 5 min or less I love that they get straight to work no chit chatting around

Great experience. The staff are kind and offer a caring atmosphere. Dr Nguyen has a gentle disposition and the hygienists are amazing friendly. They make my experience a good one which hasn’t been the case at other establishments in LA.

Best Orthodontist Dr Hume’s and ortho team are the best. Gave my daughter her million dollar smile.
Highly recommend the entire office from oral surgeon, ortho, hygiene, front staff , back staff, general dentist, office manager.

Pleasant experience with my care and instructions given on care of my teeth.

I’ve had my ups and downs here but overall I have to say the quality and care of the orthodontist’s work is amazing. The receptionists are kind and the assistants (although they vary in politeness) tend to be attentive as well. The best part is I’m usually in and out pretty quickly (just don’t arrive late, they take you in according to arrival time). It’s not the best office but I’ve been coming for years and I’ll for sure be back.
