I had a cracked tooth and this office got me the next day and took care of the problem in no time. Helped me feel comfortable as I was not a big fan of going to the dentist, I know I'm an adult! Hahahaha. Would highly recommend this practice to family and friends in the NoVa area.

Extremely professional and do a fabulous job

The office staff and dentist is extremely helpful and friendly to special needs patient! I hope other dental offices are as equally caring and helpful!

They have cured all my fear and anxiety towards dentists. I have avoided dentists for far too long. However, doing so landed me in the hospital with an infection that spread and needed immediate attention. My experience at Brightnow Dental was pleasant and comforting from the first phone call. They got me scheduled quickly and I was able to complete all the patient forms in advance. I arrived at 8:30 am and they already had a treatment estimate ready. I was taken back immediately and treated like family by everyone. They were completely transparent, honest and kept me informed of what to expect from billing and treatment. I required wisdom and molar extractions. I expected it to be painful but shockingly there has been minimal discomfort. Dr. Chaddad did an amazing job! It's been 24 hrs since surgery and I am recovering comfortably with Tylenol. I appreciate the whole staff and look forward to continuing my journey towards a Colgate Smile!

Best deep cleaning I’ve received by hygienist Fay, she is dexterous, gentle yet THOROUGH. My gums have bled for years, receding, and after taking time to clean all the tartar build up in every crevice, my gums are finally bleed free and my teeth feel spotless. I’ve been getting regular dental cleanings for decades and so tired of many hygienists caring more about “appearing” to clean while leaving all that tartar/gunk in. This is my third cleaning with Fay, and it’s the first time during a cleaning that my bleeding was controlled. Hope to see her for coming time to keep my big teeth healthy, and prevent ugly gums recession.
