This time got regular teeth cleaning. Hygienist did an excellent job. Very professional and exact. I have had very good results from Bright Now and will continue using them. I've been to many other places with several different dentists and so far this place has done the highest quality of services.

My biggest fear in life is going to the dentist. Until I started going to BriteSmile. They are conscientious about how I feel when I’m in the chair which is always nervous and they strive to make me feel at ease before whatever I’m having done done. I fully and wholeheartedly Praise them and I hope that you will give them the opportunity to show you how wonderful they are.

Came here for a filling with Dr.Arreola and his assistant Salma they were very nice and professional they even did my fillings without the anesthetic and I had 0 pain 10/10 experience i recommend it Best Dentist in San Diego

Went in for my first appt with this dentist after moving to San Diego and was so appreciative of their incredible service. The staff were so kind. I had forgotten to request a transfer through my insurance before the appt but the front desk was kind enough to call my insurance and request an immediate transfer for me.

The appt did take longer than anticipated and at one point I jokingly made a comment that “I realized skipping breakfast was a mistake” and the lady prepping me for the dentist legit got me yogurt to eat while I waited for the dentist to return! I was so shocked with her kindness and extremely appreciative. Although I said it in a joking manner, I was indeed hungry and devoured that yogurt!

Also the lady who went through my treatment options and fees was so patient with all my questions and explained everything throughly.

Overall the staff is great and I am happy with choosing them as my new primary dentist.

Launa Hoover is always professional, friendly, and listens to any concerns I have. She focuses on her patient and conducts all procedures thoroughly and without pain!😁

I have been going to Bright Now in Rancho San Diego for the past 2 years and my vists are always plesant. All of the staff is professional, friendly, attentive, the location has plenty of parking and the office is very clean.

I am a fairly new patient who brought two dental emergencies to Bright Now from the get go. I have always experienced fear and anxiety in dental visits which I allowed to keep me away from getting necessary treatment for many years. I arrived at Bright Now full of anxiety and procedure-fear, and was in complete sticker shock about treatment cost. Bright Now has given me confidence by providing a very professional and caring environment. Suzy is amazing. She is kind and patient while helping me understand all of the options available to personalize my treatment. I am truly grateful to have found a dental office I can build a relationship with to get me out of emergency mode and onto preventive mode soon.

Dr. Omar Areolla and his dental hygienist were great! I didn’t give this company 5 stars because the office/billing woman kept telling me that I needed more work, (at a cost of $800), that my insurance wasn’t going to cover. She said I wouldn’t be cleared for my upcoming surgery if I didn’t agree to the extra work. She told me that the dentist wouldn’t sign my clearance paperwork, but then told me it was up to the dentist and me. I talked it over with the dentist and he did the exam, deep cleaning, antibiotics for a few teeth, then signed my paperwork without all of the “extras”!

Very friendly and professional staff I got held by doctor Mehta and Julie. They were the best I had recommended to everybody.

Outstanding front desk attendant who explains the procedures prior to performance and allowed me to choose the plan of care which fits my budget. Doctor who is a good listener and is careful with my gums.

I’ve been going to this location since 2018 and with all the many changes that have taken place the one thing that keeps me coming back is Launa Hoover the dental hygienist. She is by far the best of the best. Every time I see her I just get excited, because I know that I can trust her judgment and she genuinely cares for her patients. She’s always so kind and her bed manner is always gentle. As long as Launa is in the building I’ll continue to go here because there’s no one like her.

My second only visit to this facility, this occasion for teeth cleaning. As before I was welcomed by staff at the front desk and my wait time to see my hygenist was short. Very thorugh cleaning, probably the best I've had in years. Offered additional services for the benefit of keeping my teeth healthy but decided against on this visit. Have an appointment in July for another cleaning so I am pleased with the service provided by Bright Now.
