Dr Chan made me feel at ease. He was kind and professional. Looking forward to completing all treatments. It would’ve been nice to have the tech taking X-rays introduce herself. She greeted me but didn’t give her name. The front staff became argumentative when I inquired about the estimate. When I called in later regarding a referral the Dentist planned to give me, the receptionist was snarky. Her tone was not pleasant.

Dr. Chan and his team are so kind and wonderful every visit. Dr. Chan makes sure that his patients feel comfortable and he takes the time to explain things to his patients.

Just a note regarding my cleaning. I did not feel that I have a thorough exam. We just talked about an appliance for TMJ dr did say I did not have cavities but he also suggested an implant for a molar #12 tooth ??

It was nice to walk in and greeted with a smile 😊. After my appointment with them Craig and I felt very comfortable on the way Doctor Chan came in explaining what was needed and what he can do my crowns. Really impressed

I didn't liked that everything was rushed and the hygienist didn't had an assistant. I'm not sure if they were short staffed but he had me holding one of the suction hoses for quite some time.
Also they don't turn the AC on in the lobby area.
Wait time was not long since I had an appointment.
There's Plenty of parking.

The office on West Shaw in Fresno is professional and welcoming. They are very organized and polite. Dr. Chang is one of the best DDS I have ever had. He is honest, respectful, knowledgeable and has a pleasant bedside manner.You could not do better than Bright Now Dental on West Shaw in Fresno, CA.
