Came in for a new patient appointment. Right from the start, everyone is so nice and friendly. Everything was so quick: X-rays and 3 teeth fillings. I was there for a little over an hour. Can’t wait to get my teeth cleaning done. Thank you guys! You are the best.

Her attention to comfort, especially during moments of tension, was beyond thoughtful. She even took the time to give me a soothing jaw massage, which was such a unique and compassionate touch. It’s rare to feel that level of personalized care during a dental visit.

Dr. Mehta was equally exceptional — kind, empathetic, and incredibly hygienic. He explained each step of the treatment with clarity and patience, making sure I felt safe, informed, and understood the entire time. His calm demeanor and respect for my comfort truly made a difference.

I went in because a tooth had popped off. In no time at all a cavity was diagnosed, a solution was proposed and I was on my way with a healthy mouth. Doctor was gentle and swift, her assistant Lisa as experienced professional and logistical genius, while Marco welcomes all warmly at the front desk. First rate dentistry today

Going to the dentist isn’t exactly something most folks look forward to (except me, I am an outlier)—but the team at Bright Now Dental in Gig Harbor sure makes it a whole lot easier. From the minute you walk in, they treat you with kindness, respect, and not a lick of judgment, no matter your situation.

Dr. Mehta is gentle, thoughtful, and explains everything in a way that makes you feel informed, not overwhelmed. Marco, the office manager, is just plain awesome—helpful, patient, and always on top of things. Moriah, the medical assistant, keeps things calm and comfortable during visits, and Bethany, the hygienist, does thorough cleaning while relaxing you with her soothing voice. Maliya at the front desk is the first smiling face you’ll see, and she sets the tone just right. And she's the first person who comforts me when I call with questions after a procedure.

This crew doesn’t make you feel bad if it’s been a while since your last visit—they just want to help you get back on track and feel better about your smile. I left feeling cared for, not criticized, and that’s a big deal.

I have really, really, REALLY bad dental anxiety, so when my crown snapped off mid-kareoke party, I was already having an anxiety attack. I thought — worst case scenario — that it’d be a quick cavity fill or re-cementing, but, very unfortunately, I was told I’d broken the tooth underneath and needed an extraction and implant. Naturally, I started panicking and asking tons of questions — all of which were answered with patience and kindness by both the office manager and the doctor.

Despite being incredibly overwhelmed and crying the entire way home, I scheduled the surgery a few days later. The doctor took time out of her busy schedule to talk to me on the phone and walk me through the entire process, step by step, which helped more than I can explain.

On the day of the procedure, everyone — from the office manager to Lisa (the absolute angel of an assistant) and the doctor — was amazing. Lisa went above and beyond before, during, and after surgery to make sure I felt safe, heard, and taken care of. And the doctor? Absolutely incredible work! The procedure itself was quick and painless! I couldn’t believe how smooth it all went—even days later, I’ve had no issues or pain at all!

For someone who’s this anxious about dental stuff, this could’ve been a deeply traumatizing experience. But instead, it was genuinely as perfect as it could’ve possibly gone thanks to the folks at Bright Now Dental. Thank you all SO much! <3

Dr. Mehta and all of the employees at Bright Now Dental are absolutely amazing. I have been a patient for approximately 6 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The Best!

Janet was a very gentle and kind assistant as the Dentist skillfully and quickly took care of my bridge installation , which they cheerfully did despite my being half an hour late to my appointment....I had called beforehand and let them know I would have to be late, and they agreed to take care of me despite the schedule change.

9/13/23 Dr Almo,assisted by Rosie did a great job giving me a root canal today!
Dr Almo took time to show and tell me what he would be doing and then was very quick to get it done , keeping me as comfortable as possible. He and Rosie worked together very efficiently. The office was quiet and calm.
Marco is always very personable and friendly as well as efficient and helpful. He listened to what my situation was and found an appointment time that helped me avoid missing any teaching time with my students! He is a terrific first contact person in the office and on the phone when I have needed to call in and change an appointment.

I was impressed with how friendly everyone was, starting with the very cheerful greeting from the receptionist as I walked in the door. It made me feel like going to the dentist was a BRIGHT spot in my day instead of terrifying and unpleasant time.
I felt the dentist was very thorough in her examination and gave me great advice and recommendations to help preserve the health of my teeth .
The office was very clean and I was made comfortable by the routines in place regarding Covid-19 protective practices.

Dr Mehta and staff were very careful and caring.

I love love love Marco Nichole Janet Mariah and Dr Mehta. They have been nothing but patient and empathetic with me. I’ve had a procedure done that took a year to complete and throughout the whole process they were kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend

Nichole called me promptly after I left a panicked appointment request upon losing a filling on the weekend. I got in for an exam the next afternoon and walked out with a temporary crown a short time later. This crew is the best at what they do and I am do thankful for the one-stop, same day service that they provide!

I got a next day appointment for an initial patient exam and was very pleased with the staff and facilities. After my consult follow-up work included cost estimates which I've never received from a Dentist before, taking out the guesswork.

I have anxiety when going to the dentist. Dr.Mehta was amazing. Had 3 teeth extracted and felt no pain. Plus the rest of the staff was very welcoming and completely understanding about the anxiety. If you're like me an have anxiety I would recommend them.

Great services and friendly staff. Their assisting patience above average of what you can expect, Lisa, Janette and Dr.Meda was one great team to accommodate my needs for my dental issues. They are so nice and professional at their field. Glad we’ve found them! ❤️
