I've been going to Bright now dental for several years. The staff and my dental hygienist and the manager has always answer all my questions and concerns. The atmosphere in the office is very pleasant.

Always a pleasure seeing the professionals at Bright Now Dental. If I moved to Mars arrangements would have to be made to return to Indy for my dental appointment at Bright Now Dental.

Over the weekend I was in so much pain. I called the office to leave a message with hopes of a return call on Monday morning. Found out they have an on call Dr’s number. Just so happen it was Dr. K that called me back. She was so nice and told me to call the office first thing Monday. Called Monday they fit me right in. I had to have a tooth extracted, Dr. Koya and her assistant walked me through step by step. I felt so comfortable. The whole staff is really wonderful, I always feel welcome when I walk in their office.

Nice office and staff. I started my process of getting a top and bottom partial made. I did not think it would take so long to get this done. I just don’t like the idea of going back so many times and found out yesterday that the process for the bottom partial has not even started! Geez Louise!! Does it normally take this long??? I started in March!! Don’t get me wrong, I want them to fit right and look good but COME ON!! I thought I was picking up the top partial and she explained to me that No, now that we know it’s the right color and all, they will now make the partial and it will be adjusted when I come to pick them up. When I asked about the bottom, she acted as if I didn’t need teeth on the bottom. She had to pull my chart to see what all I was having done. And on top of that, the price she quoted me for the bottom partial was higher than what they quoted me at first. I have a chipped tooth in the front and it’s going to cost almost as much as the partial. Make it make sense!!

The nurses were very helpful.

I love it here! At the beginning it was a lil miscommunication and misunderstanding! But in the end ALL THE LADIES seen the pain in my eyes and still assisted me in my needs!! Love it and everyone from the front desk to the Assistant, to the dentist! Everyone was sweet and done and out with in 1 hour TOPS!!! Def recommended!!

And too the assistant the took my xray with the braids… you def worth the next visit😮‍💨 🖤

Excellent work performed by Dr. Konya and her assistant. They made the environment very relaxing and comfortable during my procedure. I want to also thank Executive Office Manager Ella Early for her outstanding customer service. The entire team at Bright Now is awesome!!

Got my teeth cleaning done last minute and I still got scheduled. Everyone was very kind! They took my insurance as well. I got a free toothbrush and floss at the end of the appointment. They took my HSA card as well. For a limited time they also offered a free teeth whitening pen for leaving a review.

From the moment of entry the greeting was inviting and warm. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. My questions were answered and a referral was needed and returning for a cleaning.

I’ve never a better experience at any dental office.
Everyone involved, from the wonderful ladies at the front desk to Dr. Koya and her very talented assistants do everything possible to ensure their patients are well cared for, respected and comfortable.

I really love my Dentist Dr. Koya. She has excellent 👌 bed side manner. She is extremely knowledgeable concerning her craft. She is concerned about how her patients are faring during the entire dental process. Her staff is excellent, kind, considerate and flexible ; as she is,. The receptionists are on point during the schedule for appointments, any changes, financial issues etc. I My entire family is under her expert care. We wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently switched Dental practices after 36 years to Bright Dental. ALL of the staff treat you like family. They are gentle and thorough with X-rays and cleanings. We could not be happier with everyone here. The energy in this office is so pleasant. You can tell the enjoy their work environment.
