This is my first visit and I look for every detail. The staff in Reception area was very friendly, courteous and very professional. Most especially the X-ray technician was very understanding and very helpful in reducing my gagging reaction. Dentist was very professional.
I would recommend this group to friends and family.

Bright Now Dental, they have a courteous staff. I received excellent service, and I'm glad I found this Dental office at the Alafaya location.

I went to Bright Now for Orthodontics help to fix a cracked permanent retainer. I had a hard time booking a new appointment at other locations, since I was not an existing patient, but it's been 20+ years since I've had braces (and I do not live in my original clinic's city). They welcomed me with open arms and every staff member I met from beginning to end had incredible bed side manner. I felt so cared for and knew I was in good hands!

My experience with Bright Now Dental was very important for me. Because I'm skeptic when it comes to choosing a dentist. But dealing with my anxiety for the past few months and siking myself out, that it's going to be a breeze. And it worked. I'm very happy with the results and the staff that assured me that I won't have any regrets.

Pleasantly surprised. Had to switch when years long dentist dropped my plan with no notice. They got a new patient in pretty timely. Wow thorough xrays, 17! Did a 6 point exam on every tooth. Dentist was nice and friendly. Cleaning tech super sweet too. Place seems clean, they even wipe the equipment control panels off between patients and not stingy changing gloves. Only downside so far is they are so popular they are booking 7 months out. You hear these dreaded stories of extra cleaning and cavities that come up all of a sudden with a new dentist but not here. Straight up exam and no crooked extra attempt. A+.

Have an amazing experience in the Waterford Bright Now in my 2 visits , the crew was great, respectful and attentive from the front office ladies , to my hygienist who took care of my cleaning, and they had the best prices around
(Trust I looked lol ).

Everyone was polite and nice.

All of the staff was amazing. Very gentle and clean. Very helpful. I was so happy the way my teeth looked when I was done I wanted to cry. I can smile again!!!!

The staff is always nice and helpful! I had the best experience with my dental hygienist, I could tell she cared, gave me advice on my how to floss my teeth around my permanent retainer, and she made me feel good that I was on track with my teeth.

I have been going to this practice for many yrs and have always gotten excellent services from the Dentist as well as Staff. I would highly recommend this practice for your dental needs! They always exceed my expectations!

Appointment was at 8:30am and was seen at 8:50 this visit. Not too long of a wait but planned on being back home by 9:00 so this threw off other appointments. We were told braces would be on for a year and a half. We are now hitting year 2 with no idea when she will be done.

Had to wait an hour past my appointment but was told they were short handed. When I got back to chair Dr. Paula and her assistant were very nice and very thorough. My new crowns fit perfectly.

Dr. Gill is awesome! I switched locations because of him.

My daughter Sam and I love everyone there, But Ms Valerie is our favorite person and look forward to seeing her every appointment! She went the extra mile for my daughter and remembered us months later which I think that’s AMAZING, as many patients they see!
She was so exited for my daughter when she finally got her braces on, like if she was a family member or close friend! Love her energy and her kindness!
