I'm so happy with the pediatric Dentist DDS, Edmund Guo. Finally found someone for my little one !

Waiting time is too long.

Staff needs to smile make you feel welcome . And communicate better with Patients wait and rooming too long.

Dr.Hector was Excellent:
I have been a patient at this office for 15 years. My Dental Hygienist appointment was canceled for the second time at the last minute and this is unacceptable Professional Behavior: The office contacted me when I was pulling up in the parking lot area. I was not notified within 24hrs from Bright Now Dental office. I live to far for this to continue to happen at this Dental office.
They need to have at least two Dental Hygienist on site in case of emergency

staff is very friendly ! Im usually in and out within 1-1 1/2 hrs .

I haven’t been to the dentist for so long due to being afraid of bad service. It always hard finding a good dental place. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place. The staff there are very polite and helpful. They did such a great job on my teeth.

After speaking with Ingrid (the manager) I will be switching over from Western Dental. I appreciated the attention and understanding received from her that made me realize how much I needed to change dentist. Thank you and look forward to seeing you soon.

Amazing manager and staff

Looks welcoming and the dental staff treat you well and make sure your teeth are in good shape.

I’m getting ortho done here and I love it! Just think that the staff could be more friendly, and the front desk has few good employees that knows what customer service is.

Los doctores y ayudantes muy amables siempre te reciben de buena manera te explican al igual q el p3rsonal de recepción a excepción de una q le pregunte la fecha de mi próxima cita porque lo había olvidado y prácticamente me ignoro y me miro de mala manera como si le molestara su trabajo espere como 10 minutos esperando pero se hizo como q no me miro al final le pr3gunte a la otra recepcionista y me ayudo. Debería de ser más empatica la recepcionista de lentes ya q uno va por un servicio el cual se paga. De hay en fuera es un super lugar.

First time experience was excellent, the assistant Manny was really nice and helpful, and Dr J was very warming and welcoming.

Bright Now Dental is the best dental office I have ever visited. The staff is super friendly and they answer all your questions right there and then. There have a couple of changes with their practicing dentist but the three that i have treated by 3 within a 10 year time frame have been awesome!! I highly recommend Bright Now Dental in South Gate they are awesome!!

Im so happy with my experience here at Bright Now Dental in South Gate. Everyone has been so helpful and supportive. I love how patients care and wellbeing is top priority. The staff at the front desk and everyone working in the back is awesome. Special thanks to Stephanie for answering all my questions and for providing detailed information. My wife and kids also feel the same with their experiences. I want to thank everyone for making dental visits fun.

I was originally sent to this dental place as a referral to see a specialist. I loved how everyone was so nice and so patient to my care. They also have all the specialist there at there location so you don’t have to travel to other places to see a specialist. That same day I switched my general dentist to them.

Very clean and nice facility. Check in for appt is fast and easy. Dentists and hygienists are friendly and informative of treatment plans or regarding current dental health. Overall good experience, would recommend.

Had to schedule a last minute appointment with the pediatric specialist visit for my 10 y/o. Staff was very helpful with scheduling, in dealing with him being scared of the procedure (a tooth extraction), and in explaining billing. Wait time was short for this early morning appointment.

Mayra is such a patient and helpful staff member. Thanks for making our daughter feel safe and comfortable.

Honestly i have to say they do treat you kindly and have/ take great care of you.
