All the people involved in my care were professional, yet relaxed! I also felt as if I were listened too, and respected for my views. Thank you Bright Now staff.

Everyone is super friendly and nonjudgmental. The hygienist lady was awesome and made me feel super safe and welcome. I'm sorry I don't know her name. The receptionist Holly was great as well.
They do good work and it doesn't take too long nor is it very uncomfortable or painful.

As a loyal patient for a long time, I came in for my normal dental cleaning and check up. The office was clean and decorated with charm. Front office staff was pleasant and made sure my paperwork was correct. Dental Assistant Lydia prepped me for the Hygienist and was both professional and friendly. Not only did she went above and beyond, but she read off about my Latex allergy without me even having to remind her. Now that is service! She also provided a free sample of their teeth whiting take home trays to try out to see if this was something I may want to purchase more of down the road. Wish she was my Hygienist because I would recommend her anytime!

I just had my wisdom teeth removed. The whole team was very friendly and informative and took care of me wonderfully!

People were friendly and professional, the doctor was very good. I am not happy with the replacement bridge it didn’t/ don’t fit correctly as it should’ve the doctor had to do quite a bit of grinding and it still doesn’t feel correct. I feel that if he ground anymore it would get too thin and later would break and then what pay for another bridge.

Oral dental surgeon Dr. Ted Hughes performed a back molar extraction very efficiently today, and put in a dental implant post for another tooth I lost several years ago. He helped me develop a plan for another problem area. He was thorough, competent, and proactive (RX for amoxillin to avoid worrying about an infection, RX for 10 pain pills, a prescription strength mouth rinse, assistance with financing, AND he said he appreciated how cooperative I was during procedures making it easy for him to work on me, and he asked pertinent questions about my medical conditions). He is lightning quick in word and deed, so I understand some folks might need him to slow down when explaining things to new patients. I was seen on time, received more work than we scheduled, and I was amazed how prompt he was. Support staff were kind and efficient. He may cost a bit more than some other providers, but his skill is worth it! My insurance sucks, and I've already maxed out my dental limit for the year. If you know you're going to need multiple procedures, do pre visit research so that you understand what to potentially expect before you go. A+

So, far, on first impressions, I give Bright Now a 10 out of 10.
I have been looking for a family dentist in network for some time, and first of all, they got me in right away. The staff is professional and friendly.
From the clean spacious lobby, I was taken back to be x-rayed. The X-ray tech did her best to make everything as comfortable as possible. I saw the dentist, he looked at my teeth, and it was very encouraging to hear him create a plan. The hygienist came in and measured my gums. Overall, it was a pleasent experience. Once they were finished, I was taken to the lobby and then spoke to someone about future procedures. Everything was up front!
I am actually excited to get started on Monday!
What I thought was going to take months, will only take a couple days, aside from the implant.

Excellent experience with the staff from the front office to being seen in the back. The hygienist is amazing and thorough in explanation about processes. The assistants were very friendly and thoughtful. The dentist was very thorough in explanation and wanted to make sure I knew the process of that I was going to do. Glad I found a great place!

As before, the nurse was very friendly and patient with the patients. Nurse serves wholeheartedly. The doctor is also kind and trustworthy.

From the front desk check in to the dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist all were quick professional and kind.

Bright Now on Division Street in Spokane does a great job. Dr Shar and his team are kind, compassionate and do excellent dental work. They really care about their clients.

Dental staff was super nice. Had knowledge of what they were doing. They explained things while doing the cleaning which is always good and made some good suggestions. Positive experience.

They consistently do an exceptional job! Dental hygienist Faith is incredibly skilled and talented at what she does. And the doctor? Hands down, the most thorough and best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!

The staff was very nice and professional. They were quite efficient also. If I had one complaint it would be that the DR was a bit impersonable. But that could be attributed to a hectic day. I will say that it was the single most painless trip to the dentist I've ever had. And that's saying something. I was early for my appt and when everything was said and done I was out of there 15 min after my scheduled time. Like I said, efficient. Highly recommend them.
