All of the staff were so friendly. The dentist really took the time to explain the different treatment options in an unbiased way. It was a great experience. The hygenist was so thorough and provided a lot of education. She frequently checked in to ensure I was comfortable during the deep cleaning process.

It was a very pleasant experience. I was fit for a partial a different dentist that I went to before put so much of the goo in my mouth that I was choking but these guys at Bright dental we’re so nice about it I was able to breathe which is a beautiful thing. Went here to get a quick ortho checkup. Everyone was super friendly, the doctor answered my questions, and even the assistants went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

I've been to this dental place for a while now, and I recommended to my coworker and he loves their service to. My teeth are so much healthier since my very first visit. They get pretty booked at times, but I can highly recommend them.

Don't be embarrassed if you haven't been to the dentist in a while. I recommend bringing your own music and some ear buds.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. My kids needed a lot of work done and they made it easy to schedule them on the same day back to back so I was coming less. The dentist made my kids feel less scared while getting their cavities filled. Clean office.

I love that they relocated to Tualatin, now I don't get to be stuck in WILSONVILLE or like 30 mins just go through one Mile.. but most importantly I love all the personal that works there. They all are very kind very understanding. And if your pain they get you in as soon as that same day. I've had other dentist but BRIGHT NOW DENTAL and now also ORTHODONTIST it's even better ever. And if your insurance doesn't end up covering something like a crown or a root canal, they make sure you can afford your payment plan to continue to get treatment. All the personal including the receptionist are all so kind and Wonderful. I dont I will ever go to a different dentist now that I've been to BRIGHT NOW DENTAL & ORTHODONTIST. IN TUALATIN, OREGON

I had the best experience ever, I have very sensitive teeth and really get nervous during a cleaning that the dental hygienist will hit the “spot” because of my sensitive teeth I usually can only clean a quarter to half my mouth at one time. NOT this time… I was able to get my whole mouth done in one sitting!!! IYKYK this is really a big deal to me! And I got a hygienist newer to this office only working currently on Fridays oh I sure hope they add her to more days because she will I am sure give many others a wonderful (well had wonderful as you can get in a dentist chair) experience as well

Very friendly staff and friendly dentist. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions in depth. They even answered all my insurance questions. I have insurance through my job and it brought the total way down. It's worth checking out. The crew want rude and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

The care I received was superb! I was met with patience and understanding. I greatly appreciated the dentist, tech, & hygienist explaining the various procedures, as well as why they were being recommended.

A member of front desk staff seemed quite short with other members of staff, at one point telling the hygienist to make a copy of something (not asking them; handing them a paper and saying "Copy this."). It seemed quite rude, especially as I'm sure it's falls nowhere in the hygienist's job description.

Please go digital for paperwork & prescriptions. It's 2024. There're no reasons folks should have to fill out paperwork by hand, especially since 90% of the info is provided during online appointment creation.

My total experience with this location was great. I walked in nervous because I was having a tooth pulled and starting the process to have an implant done. Everyone from the front desk staff to my Periodontist Shayda made me as comfortable as possible. Everyone was very friendly. DDS Sarrami explained what to expect in full detail and made sure that I understood what to expect. I highly recommend DDS Shayda Sarrami and her team!
